This week has been great! I love Ramona and all of the members in it. I am the most successful as a missionary when I work with members and help increase their faith. It is a blast too! We asked the Rogers family who they knew who we could share the gospel with and the told us about their neighbors who were church shopping! It was great. My favorite thing to do with members is to help them make small changes in their lives that make a huge difference.
For example, the other day we went to a members home who had a hard time with family scriptures study. There were people in the home who were rebelling against it so it hardly ever happened. In a quiet moment after dinner we were talking about how they could become closer together as a family and family scripture study was brought up. We testified of the power of studying God's word as a family and promised them that they would become closer as a family and the bickering amongst them would lessen. They said they would give it their best shot. I really hope they do. It will help them so much.
I was able to be Elder Anderson's companion again for a day! We had a blast we taught quite a few people and helped families in his ward create a family mission plan. Elder Anderson is defiantly one of my top 3 favorite companions, mostly because we learned so much from each other. I love him so much and loved getting to serve with him again.
The last thing I want to say is that if you have a desire to become more converted to Jesus Christ then follow his Gospel more. Faith in him and His Atonement, Repentance, Baptism (or renewing of covenants), receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and Endure to the End will bring you closer to him and God the father. I challenge you to take a look at his gospel and find what you need to Become a more genuine disciple of Christ.
I love you All!
